"Had a wonderful two years living at Lotus! Great service from the office and maintenance teams and a super friendly community to live in. Fantastic location, pretty gardens and an awesome (but small) pool for chillin. Joo Chiat is an amazing place to be based! Recommended."

"Lotus @ Joo Chiat has been our home for more than 10 years now. It is well suited for families like mine with active children (along with the occasional noise and banter that goes hand in hand with kids having fun and enjoying the outdoors). It is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of urban life and in many respects a resort-style oasis. It is best enjoyed if one invests in being part of the broader 'Lotus community' which ends up being an eclectic and enriching mix of cultures, customs and personalities from all over the world. The Lotus management team and the maintenance and support staff have been top notch over the years. On the whole it is a great place to live and it has the added benefit of being located in close proximity to almost everything that one would need."

"Living here since 3 years, Lotus is a beautiful and friendly place to live in. Kids can shout, but it is life... Staff is very efficient, and there is a very good spirit between the family living there. I love this place !"
