"Whole rows of terrace houses can be quite claustrophobic and also there is lack of privacy since the houses are very near to each other. Facilities are old and boring since it is built 20 yrs ago.. Management can do better. Perhaps a new playground and pool since so many young kids here. Generally quiet estate as is beside the FH landed enclave. No eateries or supermarket nearby which is a bummer."

"manager is lazy & community is quite dormant, facilities have been more or less the same for 19 years. used to be more happening in the past, with several events happening now & then annual celebrations still happen (cny, national day) halloween dress up n trick n treat used to be very fun but less and less households participate in it as the years go by playground is still frequented by some children esp in the evening time my new neighbour's dog is extremely noisy and barks at everything and everyone that passes non-stop, i wish they'd do something about it... many neighbours walking pass my house now just speedwalk... there has been incidents of angry ppl knocking the railing of their house too... seems like everyone hates this dog"
