"Really value for money cluster house. Recently Fong Yun Tai sold off at very cheap price. Da Bu is now selling off again at very cheap price. Grab it before its gone. Really nice place to stay and a hidden gem. Lots of potential for upside."

"Very good and undervalued cluster house. The quality of build and consideration of design is excellent. I liked how it is quiet and exclusive but yet a warm environment for the kids to grow up in. With the nice Holland Green Linear Park at the doorstep, a rare find in Bukit Timah."
