As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Bad service, the India guy staff is very rude, I can't understand his eng and he not happy. And ask me to sign, I sign already he want me to sogn tge place that he point and shout at me. Very rude"

"Lousy service from U-save, bought mixer from them. Asmond (the boss) says it will work for 5-10 years easily. Spoiled after 1year +, called them to arrange for repair. they say i need to bring the mixer to them. How to bring a 100kg item to them. after that they offered me $80 2 way transport AND $80 servicing fee before diagnostic. Total of $160 without adding the other cost. PLEASE do not buy any machinery from them unless you just wanna buy and throw if its spoiled ( thats what im doing now). I would rather pay slightly more for reputable brands like mok lee with inhouse technician . I am not a competitor , just an end user."

"They have the most variety of products i can find in Singapore. Price is great because whatever is on display at their showroom they have the stocks. My friend was a first time food service entrepreneur so he got alot of advise. Only recommend what he needed. Not pushy."
