"Increased the rating because of the good, patient service provided by Benson during the refund process. Thank you. -- This is the worst ever customer service that I have ever seen!! After a happy first purchase, I bought another toilet seat cover but it could not fit as the hinge slot dimensions were different. I even showed the salesperson the toilet bowl dimensions during the second purchase and was assured that it will fit, as I know that the cover is not returnable. At first I was delighted as the sales person arranged a serviceman to help to rectify the issue, which he was unable to as he said he needed to bring a smaller hinge. They did not bother to follow up and when I called again a week later, they informed me that they cannot help since the toilet bowl is not their house brand and therefore not within specifications. Please explain to me why the first toilet seat cover fitted nicely but the second one did not It was obvious that the toilet seat cover dimensions was different (see photo). Why promise to come back to try fix the issue with a smaller hinge when there is no intention to If you only want to sell replacement parts for your in-house brands, please advertise it clearly rather than resorting to such a lame excuse after the purchase has been completed! I don't need your refund but hope that other customers know about how your company works! Insincere, dishonest, lazy to sell the right product!"
