"I am a resident living in the estate behind your factory at Joo Seng. On 22 June, at about 10.50pm your machine suddenly gave off a malfunctioning loud noise, so loud that the whole neighbourhood can hear it and even with my windows closed I could hear it loud and clear. The noise lasted till about 11.10pm. I called into your office number as there were still lights switched on in your factory thinking that maybe there is night shift employees who can help rectify the loud noise. However no one picked up. So I took a video and caught the machine sound increasingly louder before it blasted off and went complete silent. I think your machine needs a check. Please avoid future disturbances to the neighbourhood. Thank you."

"Staff declined my wife from an eye consult because she was wearing contact lens and she did not know her eye lens prescription. Their attitude is not good. My wife was agreeable to wait 20 min after removal of contact lens (which was the standard procedure) but the staff declined multiple times. My wife purposely took time off from work on her birthday to make the trip down to the centrepoint store. But the happy occasion turned foul instead."
