"Im just here to balance out some of the negative comments. I was skeptical when they sent me an update on Lazada at 12am on a Saturday night that my item was out for delivery. (It cleared the customs on the same day) I believed that there was a system error. It came as a pleasant surprise when my item was delivered in the afternoon on Sunday. It honestly only took less than 2 days for the item to get from the customs into my hands. The delivery guy was nice and polite. So yep."

"This company is a total scammed, the item which suppose to be delivered didnt arrive and yet the system says it has been done. Called up through phone enquiry for 2 hours and no one would answer the phone. This company should go bust or bankrupt for its ethics"

"Base on the reviews I worried about my parcel from USA. Surprisingly delivery was fast. The delivery guy was so polite even call advance before the delivery. Status update timely on their system. Every things are transparent for tracking. Only took 3 days for my parcel sent from US. I am satisfied with their service. "
