"- Close to Singapore American School - there is a Mamak/ Indian Muslim Shop just outside - fair price is just outside Thats where the good things stop. - fairly old condominium - MRT is not nearby and not approachable easily even by bus. Only works if you enjoy walks in the hot sun for 20 minutes/ wait for a bus and then walk for 5 minutes ( eaither way 20 minutes by train. Overall commute to CBd takes 1 Hr 10 mins using train, 45 mins minimum by car. - No premium bus service nearby after the pandemic. - woodlands is far away from anything, and this is remote woodlands."
