"A very spacious estate as can be evidenced by the 7 level multi storey carpark and also the ample visitor lots. For a large and mature condominium, the estate is very well maintained; a testimony to the quality finishing and materials used. I particularly appreciate the air conditioned lobby in our hot and humid climate. Full facilities including a big swimming pool, 2 wading pools and a hot water jacuzzi, 3 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, gym, 6 BBQ pits and the clubhouse with a multi purpose hall. The condo is flanked by Valley Point with NTUC and Little Farm supermarkets and the various eateries within. The other side is helmed by Great World City mall. The added bonus for city living is the Zion Road Hawker Centre next door plus the 7-11 and numerous food places along River Valley Road and Zion Road. The connectivity has recently been enhanced with the 10min walk away Great World MRT along the Thomson/East Coast Line which compliments the Tiong Bahru MRT that's another 15min walk away at Tiong Bahru Plaza mall. People that enjoy nature will appreciate the lush landscaping in the estate and the park connector right next to the condo. Truly a hidden gem in the city"

"Just another condominuim with close proximity to a mall though small and a short travel to larger malls & Orchard via public transport. Encountered a very nice & helpful female security officer on site to offered assistance without being approached."
