Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Away from any major road (serene and peaceful) yet only a ten minute walk to a MRT interchange (DTL/TEL). Well served by buses to many parts. Little India, Toa Payoh, Balestier, Newton, Novena and Bukit Timah itself. For lovers of low density living and family, as most units are 3 bedders and large formats. Playground, pools, gym and tennis and squash courts make the facilities. Very happy staying here. Being low density - views are limited but unblocked."

"Resort living, quiet with good mixed of expats tenant. Near to good schools and accessible to CBD. No new condo launches in this area, great for investment. "

"Very lovely environment surrounding this condo and just 5 mins walk to the Steven DT line and not mentioning of those top school nearby such as SCG school SJI RGS. If you like the green this will be the perfect place to live. Walking around are beautiful woods and you can cycle or run towards the reservoir. And if you like the botanical garden is just 10-15 mins run and you can reach there. If you like the Singapore Hawker food Adam road food center is just 15 mins walk or you can cycle there within 5 mins there are more nice restaurants nearby . Shopping to Ochard Road is just 5 mins. If you wanted to get in the high ways is just 2 mins drive and you will be on PIE. Trevose park is definitely a wonderful place for family ."

"Nice condominium with beautiful surroundings. Staff could do a better job with upkeep of facilities and general cleaniness in some areas but overall well maintained for an estate of it's age."

"Excellent freehold D10 condo. With wide spaces for kids and dogs. Also good enbloc potential. One Km to SCGS. And Low maintenance fees. Comes with swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and Squash courts"

"Freehold, near good schools, close to MRT stations, near Raffles Towns Club. Get to rub shoulders with well connected people on evening jogs. And most of all, no crazy 3rd world locals (read HDB) to annoy you"
