"The facilities are really unbeatable (and too many to name) compared to most other condominiums and it is a close knit community inside. Space is aplenty with no lack of parking lots. Rooms are very decently sized and not cramped tiny spaces like the new projects these days. Children and adults love to come out in the evenings to play or to walk around the lovely estate. The clinic, mini-mart and Pulse patisserie are popular and also add to the convenience. Suitable for all types but generally family oriented/friendly condominium. Some nearby popular features include Hort Park, Southern Ridges, Labrador Park, ABC Market, Ikea, ARC ,Vivocity and many companies are located nearby at Mapletree Business City, One HP Building, Alexandra Technopark, PSA Building etc. There are several bus stops nearby and the biggest downside for sure is that the location is not within walking distance to an MRT station but there is a free shuttle bus service to Harbourfront MRT to cover that. "

"The Interlace, One of the expats favorite iconic development at all time. Ive just leased an unit within a day with overwhelming response! Lush of greenery, spacious landscaping and shops within the compound. Best of all, not only the easy access location and most of the the units came with generously good sizes and great view!"

"Awarded design, built over a decade ago. Aesthetically impressive, functional many design flaws...7th and 13th floors suffer from flooding (management says its the design, nothing can be done), the space hasn't been well planed, not enough bike spaces, rubbish chutes were designed too small, and the list goes on. Constant updates and fixes, means working from home difficult due to construction noise. Actually 3 stars is generous"

"Beautiful apartment complex. The unit stacked each outlet which where it gets the name interlace from. It was very huge area. The unit seems huge as well seeing quite a number of units put fridge on the balcony area. Visited friend around the area. Visitor can only park at V section in the center. The entrance guard never mentioned about it, I was notified by guard on duty. Few guards were seeing strolling around the area, basement with golf car and level 2 with bicycle."
