"This Project is next to Jervois. Is a project you buying almost CCR but is paying RCR price. Very near Tanglin Mall mean is less than 10 minute drive to Orchard area. Even by Grab or Gojek less than 9 dollar during off peak to Orchard area. Also walkable to nearest MRT Redhill. In term of convenience to all city area very good. And also nice place. Not noises area. "

"Location wise it is near to Redhill, Henderson & Orchard area but will need your own car to get to anywhere. View at the top level of a small chill out area is amazing of the surrounding town view but before going outside to the chill out area there are units on the same floor which can be abit of inconvenience to the owners, this design is not well thought. Carpark though is very well designed with clear directions to the various blocks and even OUT of the basement, well lit in the day and there were a few charging points for the hybrid vehicles. Quite a few RRs, Bentleys & various sports cars scattered around in the CP which are a common sight nowadays. Small lobby area with a seat inside each block lobby while waiting for your Grab car is thoughtful by the developer."
