"Carpark is multi storey which has a HDB mscp feel. Saves the developer money because it's cheaper to build mscp than a basement parking. Predictably, many facilities are built on top of carpark to utilize the space. Some units no utility room. Balconies are oversized and impractical. And zig zag of balconies caused many neighbours issues. However, price is cheap. Near MRT and causeway to jb. Mitigating points."
