"Fantastic prime location near to city central, very convenient for work at CBD. Only 2-3 min walk to very large shopping Centre- City square mall and Farrer Park mrt station. Despite near to an Indian temple, it is very quiet. The only bad thing is no parking lot (but there is paid parking space just outside the condo) but because of its superb location, people who stay here do not have cars. Most of my neighbors are expatriates and Chinese. Been living here for 4 years, I simply enjoy the stay. "
