"The land is enormous huge for only 323 units . Smallest sq start from 1000sq 2 room. However the space is large for today standard ! I enjoyed staying here and also owner of a unit . It is rare to find full facilities , it means they have 2 squash , 1 tennis court, one basketball court , really large pool , huge garden playground, fully equipped gym, library room, a basic shop and a large black and white colonial club house with a high ceiling, large balcony which can accommodate more than 30 people for smoking cigars or set up a Cohiba theme cocktail party . The whole club house can host more than 100 people . Oh 2 more thing! A billiard and Table Tennis room. Isnt it a wonder project . "

"We've lived here for four years and it is a fantastic place to live. Facilities: The condo facilities are well kept and clean with hard working and polite management and staff. The pool is a great size and the clubhouse is perfect for both large and small events. The clubhouse was the site of the old US embassy and still retains its original plantation-style facade. There are two tennis courts, two squash courts, a large children's playground, a clean and well stocked gym and a great local store that stocks all the essentials. Apartments: The apartments while older, offer very good sized rooms and nice high ceilings. They are well built with thick walls. This is a pro and a con. Pro in that you don't often hear your neighbours above and next to you (so quite private), con in that the thick walls can retain heat from the sun, making the apartment hot, especially if your condo faces the evening sun. I have seen a few apartments also with water damage, but I don't think this is a wide issue in most apartments. Being on Grange Road, the traffic can be heard from most apartments, but with the windows closed, it's not an issue. The lower floors will also experience noise from the community, pool and fountains. Proximity While central, getting around may be an issue for some who are used to less walking. Bus 75 is the only bus on Grange Road but it's right out front and goes right into the city (Raffles and Fullerton) and all the way to Botanical Gardens and up to Bukit Timah. It's about a 12min walk to Great World City and Valley Point shopping centre, about a 20min walk to Tanglin Mall and Orchard Road. Orchard or Somerset are the closest MRTs at 20mins walk. Community One of the best aspects of this condo is the sense of community. If you have a family, this is a really ideal condo. It is mostly expats from Europe, Australia, the US and India, but there are a few Singaporeans as well. It is really great for families as there are many children in the condo of all ages that play together on the grounds. As I have kids I1 found this to be an unsung benefit of this condo. The community regularly attracts visitors from the surrounding condos to play and there is also regular community celebrations during the holidays put on by the condo staff (Holi, CNY and Christmas are popular). We looked at over 40 condos on our initial search for a home and Spring Grove was the only one that ticked all the boxes around facility, apartment, community and transport. This was our home for four years and we will always have fond memories of it."

Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families."
