"Some Eastern Europeans in this condo do not have any common sense/manner. (talking loud at balcony.. etc) I am not being racist but being factual. (I can clearly hear that they speak one of the Eastern Europeans (sometimes French) languages). Please behave, Singapore is not like where you have come from."
