"Amazing unblocked views of the landed estate - Lewis Rd, Dalvey GCBA and a lot quieter than the Bukit Timah Road facing. VIewed 3x 2 Bedroom units here, on various floors. Balconies were exceptionally big, which unfortunately compromised the space of the common bedroom especially. Otherwise, has a pretty functional layout with an enclosed kitchen, yard and bomb shelter. Eventually gave it a miss after speaking to a tenant due to the proximity to a religious institution, which may cause congestion during festivities. Close proximity to Stevens MRT ("

"Secret great views overlooking Orchard & the Dalvey / Nassim GCB enclaves, which stretches out all the way even to the extent of Redhill and Queenstown. Great connectivity to everywhere (car, MRT, bus) - bus stop right downstairs and Stevens MRT being a few mins walk."
