The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"As a delivery rider, back when I just started Grabfood. I still remember this condo is my first condo to send to. Can go basement and very easy to find the block. Staffs are always kind."

"Horrible management who changes their rules like the wind and tries to rule residents like a tyrant with their ridiculous rules. The management is also VERY eager to take money from residents - they will wheel clamp you without any warning if your second car is not parked in their designated "grey" lot even though there are NOT ENOUGH grey lots for second cars AT NIGHT. FYI there are more than enough white lots at my block to go around, yet you STILL have to park your second car at their designated "grey" lot and if you park in their white lot, they will clamp you. Impractical and not flexible rules. I arrived just when the guard was done clamping my car and he refused to give even a bit of grace to unclamp me. I ended up paying $100 for "illegal" parking in my own condo. The management has went back on their words as they have told me second cars can be parked in the white lots opposite the grey lots if there is no space. When confronted about this, the staff repeatedly rolled her eyes and raised her brows at me as if I am the one being ridiculous! Downright atrocious attitude and bad management. The management makes life difficult and unpleasant for residents. Get ready to be on your toes where you park your car if you want to live here. You also have to pay $120/month for your second car!"

"Visited my old friend here and praised him for finding reasonable place to stay away from all the hectic work life in Singapore. It is only minutes away from the beach and he loves the wildlife he can find here. Relaxing in Style."
