"Just 1 min walk to Potong Pasir MRT, 3 mins walk to future Poiz mall across the road. Some units face the noisy Upper Serangoon Road, while some units face the quiet landed enclave. The nearby Bidadari estate nearby should bring some growth in this area. Even more so for condo prices because SPH/Kajima will likely sell the Bidadari condo at near $2000 psf, going by the land price."

"No pick-up and drop-off allowed inside of the condo as the management instruction. You will be getting wet when u take taxi in the raining days. Good luck! Security team has been disrespectful and rude to drivers, guests, delivery staff and residents for years. Speech less, dont want give even 1 star."

"Sant Ritz is a very unique contemporary designed condominium. The frontage was a 5 storey block which the call it a Row House block, with boundary-less frontage likewise European Style Townhouses and a 19 storey Tower Block adjacent and sit on above to form a L-Shape building faade. Swimming Pool Pool Deck, BBQ Pit, Gymnasium, Aqua Gym are on the ground level. Bus Stop right outside the side gate with sheltered walk way linked to Potong Pasir MRT Station. Conveniently accessible and connectivity. Good location for own stay and also tenant sought-after development to lease."

"very cozy place with convenience to travel by potong pasir MRT right below the side gate. food across the street are amazing with famous food stalls, Domino's pizza , 4 fingers, makisan salad and more on Poiz Center shopping malls. If you need local foods right below your doorstep with amazing prawn noodles, herbal ducks, ngo hiang, laksa, etc."
