"Location perfect, very centralised yet quiet. Walking distance to Takashimaya (10-12 mins). Older house therefore floor plan spacious. Project lacking in facilities, horrid open air carpark, mostly rental expats or older folks that have lived here forever. The vibe here is unfriendly. Guards have worked here forever (think 10-20 years) and knows everybody/everything, you would think them to be friendly but no. Feels like returning home to a prison cell with guards watching/stalking your every move. Once, a friend came over to pass me something, the guard just stood right beside us, staring, listing in to everything. Strictly for short term rentals, definitely will not consider purchasing with such a management/neighbours. Unless you are not bothered by such things, then the location is wonderful."
