"Am a Resident here. Rezi 24 is a very nice and cosy condominium. Units arranged in a courtyard format. Nice and pretty pool. Interesting communal facilities on every floor. Facilities are usually quiet most of the time. Location was great as the direct bus stop to PLQ, Orchard, Bugis, City Hall, Chinatown etc is just 1min away via the rear gate. Walkable to 3 MRT stations, about 7min walk. Another plus is the proximity to town ie Suntec as its a direct drive via Nicol Highway and take below 10min. Many amenities in the area ie Old Airport Road Food Centre and Kallang Estate Hawker within 5min. Also to NTUC and 24hr supermarkets/petrol stations. Lift lobby is also aircon and has security guards. Good cozy place to stay in."
