"Safety compliance compromise Another incident where management has failed terribly to ensure safety in the premise. I was in the Condo walking towards the lift and a huge area (picture posted) outside the lift is wet. Unfortunately, I became the victim of negligence. I slip and fell as there were no warning signage. I then went to the management office and report the incident. Told one of the officers and he was more keen of the floor then even ask how I was. Sadly, this Condo was managed by Frank Knight. I seriously thought this company has a better reputation in managing properties. What a disappointment."

"This is the worst condo we've stayed in. Management is poor to say the least. Great location, but the building is outdated, and much renovation is needed. The pool is currently being renovated, but the project is not managed well. The management team sends notices about timelines and schedule, but these are not observed and any questions and complaints are just brushed off. I would not recommend this condo to anyone!"
