"This building looks great and is in a good location but is really poorly managed. The elevators are constantly breaking down and could result is serious injury some day. The corporate landlord - SB (Orchard) Development - that owns most of the apartments is shocking. They refuse to fix issues or delay maintenance including leaking pipes and window seals. The outdoor pool furniture is falling apart and is frankly embarrassing. The pool tiles are loose and people cut their feet on them. Really shoddy management."
