"Happened to read other comments comparing hazel park with hillview condo. I would think equally same. My concern for hillview is... I wonder if I can manage the up/down slope walking to hillview mrt and the traffic within hillview area with only 1 road. Therefore, it make sense if hazel park is higher price than hillview considering it is within 1km to few schools and full cover walkway from basement right to Cashew mrt. I believe Hazel park is a gem, undervalued or have great gain potential considering the 99 years leasehold launch price nearby. The facilities are also well maintained considering it age. Even have community garden for residents that like gardening. A cohesive community where residents help each other. It is definitely a great place for families and retiree to call home. "

"A quiet complex based on how many people live here. Its fairly far from town but the fact there is a covered walkway all the way to the MRT makes it fairly easy to get around. Gets a good cool breeze blowing through. "
