"6mins short walking distance to Kovan MRT station, whole street of eateries (which serve as excellent supper options) right outside the condo within 3mins walk, including Punggol Nasi Lemak, Yong's Teochew Kueh, durian stall, Teochew porridge shops, curry rice, as well as clinics right at doorstep, no need to worry food or healthcare access. Right next to 24hrs Cheers with ATM access (1min walk) and Singpost office (1min walk). Condo has a nice rooftop swimming pool with splendid unblocked view of the neighbourhood, esp beautiful during evening sunset."
