"Less than 10 minutes drive to CBD and near Parkway Parade, only downside is traffic at Haig Road can be a nightmare. Facilities are a little old. "

"Very old condominium but with a nice pool. There's a function room, gym, tennis courts, BBQ pits & an exercise area with monkey bars and stuff. Very spacious condo. The view gets lovelier at night as the lights illuminate the nightscape. Car parks are aplenty too."

"Great facilities and excellent view .Security guards are also polite and friendly with visitors and residents in the vicinity. Swimming pool offers a big space for people to enjoy during hot weather and provides washroom with shower room and toilets ."
