"This is a quality project, privacy & discreetness assured, it has good security team, largest pratical pool area in entire D28 condos and its very spacious as compared to its neighbors. This place makes me feel brighten up each day, convenient access to good amenities area so its never a trouble at all. Paid for a little above $1K psf Is just a wise decision as compared to nearby condos going at much higher price with less & makes you feel like living in a Error Planned cramp layout. "

"Wonderful Condominium with nice neighbours. Directly linked to Layar LRT. Very convenient with amenities just across the road with supermarkets, retail shops and Coffeeshop. 5mins walk away to Seletar Mall and new Wet Market/Hawker Centre/Community Club will be ready in the next few months. Fernvale is a nice area. Have been living in Fernvale for the past 19 years."

"Well maintained & friendly staff & security. MC & MA conducts regular weekly activities for the residents. Quite and nice place. Close to the waterways for a good jog. Facilities are not crowded even during peak hours."
