Jurong East is the regional centre of the region, while Jurong West is the most populous town in the region. A large number of Singapore's heavy industry companies are concentrated in the West Region. These are mainly petrochemical companies, comprising of international players such as BP, ExxonMobil, DuPont, Mitsui Chemicals and Shell. The West Region is also at the forefront of the government's industrial development efforts. The government plans to develop the Jurong Lake District and Jurong Innovation District into the second Central Business District (CBD) area in Singapore. Additionally, the Tuas Mega Port, upon completion in the 2040s, is anticipated to be the world's single largest container port with an annual capacity of 65 million TEUs.

"Quiet and serene condo. Most units are facing greenery and it's close the nature parks. There is plenty of running space for kids and this place is suitable for families with young kids. This condo is popular with expats too as GESS international school is nearby."

"Development built on the high ground. Environment is really peaceful and serene, it is next to one of the biggest park connector in Singapore. Shuttle bus service provided to Hillview/Cashew/Bt Panjang MRT. Many schools are nearby too. It is a perfect area for people who like greenery, on the high floor, one side, you could see Johor cityscape and the other Marina Bay. Public bus service (Bus 700) go to town in 15mins. "

"Nice view and location for nature lovers. Maintenance and building quality is below average. Multiple roof leaking on the ground floors and damaged shades which are not repaired for years at pool site. Quite run down after not even 5 years after TOP. All walls inside are wooden, so when people sleep in the rooms, the noise coming from living room is very dominant."
