"I came here to deliver food. "Hello good evening with smile. UR INDIAN SECURITY LADY IS SUPER RUDE!!!!!!!! SHE got problem with rider "SCAN ENTRY without replying me back!!!! HEY!!!! have some manner when people are nice to u. Educate your SECURITY DEPARTMENT TO BE MORE HUMAN TOUCH. I don't want to be rude but because of her attitude makes me always hate to come here!!!! Attached is the time i came."

"Visited Eastvale to see a 3 bedroom unit. Generous in size, living space is more than adequate to fit queen size bed and a work station even in the common bedroom. The clubhouse and the swimming pool is located in the center of the development. The condo is located next to Hai Sing Catholic School and is very near to Downtown East. This means that you will have Donki Donki and Fairprice located less than 5 mins away from you. Pasir Ris MRT, Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and Whitesands is just 10 mins away."

"Bad location, mosquito infested. It is near a sewage. Guard chases u home before 11, claims the sitting area at the pool area is closed. Poor service by the security."
