"The current condo manager here is unprofessional with a lousy attitude. Had an utterly unpleasant experience with the condo manager who was arrogant and condescending throughout my encounter with him. Some security guards here also displayed inattentive behaviour in their duties. Wrote a complaint explaining the encounter to the condo management company Empire City Consultants (ECC) and CBM (Company that owns ECC) to review such behaviour especially from their senior staff but both companies seem nonchalant that such unprofessionalism is happening. I would advise all visitors or prospective residents to be wary."

"Pros: Modern facilities. Unit size is decent with nice layout (viewed the 1400+sqft). Balcony size is decent. Can use ziptrak to make it useable Cons: Constant noise from PIE (almost every area is noisy especially when the window is opened) Maintanance fee is expensive ($600+)"

"Pretty looks this condominiums block. Excellent view in highway .good ventilation. Near not much resistance. I m only seen outside travel highway time . I felt much expensive this kind of residence . My view point is nice place enjoy nice views"

"Sleek and modern with an excellent location. Would definitely be appealing to rent a flat here if not for the imposition of Singapore's form of apartheid. If there is any proof that racism exists in Singapore's multicultural society - this is the place for you!!1!1!"
