"Been living here for almost 2yrs. Stay on the 1st floor next to road. My overall life here was good. No problem so far, only that the noise from road is really annoyed me. I moved here just before Covid-19 came, so it was not much noise at the first period. Now.. I need to find earplug to use every night, and try to find workable window seal to prevent noise but still not that okay. Really recommended this building if you dont mind condo facilities. The location is very convenient. Near bus stop and walkable to supermarkets, shopping mall and everything in basis needs. The neighbourhood is great. This condo probably is the most affordable place in Tanjong Katong"

"Been here with a humid weather but if you want to experience a uk version of singapore with houses like this. Heres a place to go to walk by and have the feeling as if youre like in the crosswalk of London with shops surrounding"
