"Perfect place to live in. Lived here for the past 6 years. Its private, tranquil and peaceful, yet accessible. Nice tree lines with rare birds like the yellow breasted oriole will visit the garden. Access to fresh leaves and fruits like pandan and curry leaves, lime, jambu and mulberries makes it feel like your own garden. Working out beside the private pool makes it feel like your own landed bungalow. The location is perfect. 7 mins walk from Dakota MRT station, served by 4 bus stops leading to different places in sg, 2 mins to the nearest bus stop, 1km from Paya Lebar quarters, short walk to F&B enclave of punggol nasi lemak, engs wanton mee, teochew porridge, old airport road hawker centre, famous ban mian at city plaza, the list goes on and on."

"We live there about a year at unit 0502. The neighbour were great its a nice place to live. The problem came from the landlord and the agent lady. The apartment quite old so we had lots of problem with the washing machine, kitchen cupboard, toilet sink, water tab and we fixed them with our own expenses apart from the kitchen cupboard door. About two months live there we had a problem with the air conditioning and it required chemical wash. The landlord didnt want to pay for the maintenance but we managed to paid 50/50 for the air conditioning expense. We also paint the white walls it was yellow wall and looked absolutely awful. Also we dont get the property condition report which is not common in Singapore but it helps a lot to find the minor items in the property. We were very corporate to help the agent for house viewing more then a couples time. It was good to help them to get the tenant before we move out. But at the in of the contract we had to pay more than $500 for linking kitchen sink which has always been linking since we moved, the toilet sink is blocked too, the wardrobe hook is missing as We dont notice this when we moved in. Basically we had to pay wear and tear, they ripped me off. So next tenant please check properly before you move in."
