"Bus stops in very close proximity, Kinex Mall in just 5 mins walk, and Dakota or Paya Lebar MRT station within 1-2 bus stops away. Situated in a Quiet neighborhood along the Tanjong Katong famous for its food. Overall very convenient place to live. Low dense, with high rental yields."
