"If you want to find Kurtis and Saris, this is the place to go... Lots of choices, price ranges and different quality clothes... All under one roof... Doesn't fit Get it altered immediately at one of the tailors there... Before or After shopping, just head to the ground level for some famous Indian and local dishes!"

"This is market is the market where you can grab authentic Indian spices and herbs. Not only that, they do have array of other imported stuff too. Just ensure that you go early in the morning!"

"We had a fantastic time exploring the dishes at the Tekka Centre. There are a range of dishes you can't find in other areas of Singapore, we had one of the best meals of our trip here. It's also close to a dense shopping district in little India, so lots to do nearby."

"The whole neighbourhood is dedicated to the Indian and local community, one can find lots of local food here at the ground floor of the hawker centre. On the second floor, many shops sells fashionable goods such as the sari. I also saw interesting sights where men are using the sewing machines to mend clothes. One must also not forget the spices and fragrance product that can be found in many shops around this neighbourhood. Many shops are also selling garlands, so freshly full of flowers that there are live bees all over some of them."
