"Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and hawkers nearby. MRT station is only 1 bus stop away. Estate is well maintained and has a very good team of staff. The only con is the noise. It is very child friendly and kids play weekday evenings 4-ish to 6-ish. The non stop screams for 2 to 3 hours daily can be quite disturbing if you have to work from home. If you go into office then this won't be.a problem. Units here do not have straight walls. All furniture will be tilted to an angle. Quite odd shaped layouts. It is quite humid here so mold could be an issue if unit is not well ventilated. Make sure you check all carpentry for mold before committing."
