"If you are ever at this clinic, please look for Dr Chan Hsiu Mei. She is such a kind and patient doctor. She answers all your concerns and really listen to you. So far i found the staff at the counter have improved a lot from the last time i was there. They must always be polite and professional no matter how many people they see."

"I was looking for a clinic for my throat infection. Having read some negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but decided to visit anyway. I went in at 3pm, and the clinic was quite crowded. The staff attending to me was professional and polite. Waiting time was expected to be 1 hour, but I got to see the doctor in 30 mins. Had to wait another 30 mins for my medicine, but that was to be expected. All in all, a decent visit for me"

"Quite empty clinic on this Saturday morning Despite this, numbers are not called in sequence and waiting has been very long. It seems the clinic is more for testing and not for sick patients. Had better experience previously at this clinic but not today"
