"Liang Seah Place is a beautifully restored conservation building made up of a row of shophouses situated along Liang Seah Street. It is strategically located between North Bridge Road and Beach Road, directly opposite Parco Bugis Junction, Shaw Towers and The South Beach. An abundance of restaurants, cafes, shops and cinemas surround the apartments. The Bugis MRT station (East West Line & Downtown Line) is a two-minute walk offering convenient access to many other destinations throughout Singapore."

"Its an amazing place in Singapore with lots of restaurants. You can find different food in many of the restaurants. Its not a quite place because there are lots of restaurants and you can eat your food outdoor. You can find many people gathering together with their friends and families. You can find Indian food too. If you are foodie and like to try different flavors and you are in Singapore then you should definitely try this place with your friends and family."

"Horrendous management. Dropped them an email to enquire about renting a place and never got a reply. I then proceeded to call the number stated on their website, and the person told me to drop a Whatsapp instead to a different number. Sent a message to that number and did not get a reply as well. Sent another reminder to that number, and also did not get a reply. I eventually gave up cause they seem like they're not interested in getting tenants anymore."
