"The hotel looks ok on online booking. I have to give congratulations to photographer who did very well photoshoot . I was there with my family 4. adult..Rooms are very small its more smaller bed than guest house. Clean but bed and room is worst. Very small good for single person in double room . Super delux room is good for couple ..not Worth for money .so dont pay in advance. Look the room before check in ...any way 2 star for there hospitality and politness..very good Staff. Best regard"

"During my every Corporate Visit in Singapore, I had a very good Service Offered from The staff.. Despite being Small, The Staffs were very well Mannered & Cooperative. I had great time talking with all the staff when I used to reach the lobby after finishing my work. Indeed they were very Humble.. I remember one of the Staff Named Angelica and others.. Even the Sweeper Aunt. Can't wait to fly again at Singapore & Reside at Hotel Fragrance!!"
