Cpf Tampines Building is a leasehold commercial property. The development occupies a land area of 4,825 sqm and a Gross Floor Area of 20,263 sqm.

CPF Tampines Building is located along Tampines Central 5 in Tampines, in District 18. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including Tampines EW2, DT32 and Tampines West DT31. Other nearby amenities include: 3 Grocerie(s): NTUC FAIRPRICE CO-OPERATIVE LTD, MAHOTA FOOD PTE. LTD., SONG FISH DEALER PTE LTD, and 3 Shopping Mall(s): EASTLINK MALL, TAMPINES MALL, CENTURY SQUARE.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 18, which is comprised of Simei, Tampines and Pasir Ris. Simei is home to country clubs such as Tanah Merah Country Club and Laguna National Golf & Country Club. Nearby, the Singapore Expo complex annually holds international concerts, exhibitions and conventions. Tampines is Singapore's third largest new town by area, spanning over 289ha of land. Originally covered by forests and swamps, Tampines has evolved into a modern township with three shopping malls: Tampines 1, Century Square and Tampines mall, located in the heart of the regional centre. In 2006, IKEA opened its second outlet in Singapore at Tampines Retail Park, adjacent to two other mega retail warehouse stores by Courts and Giant. From its early days as a kampung, Pasir Ris has evolved to become a lively housing estate surrounded by the beach and sea. Another natural landmark in the neighbourhood is Pasir Ris Park, which houses a 6ha mangrove forest. Pasir Ris is also popular for its chalets and resorts in Downtown East.

With a land area of 11,000ha, the East Region is the smallest and second most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore. The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Walk in at about 3pm and theres this guy standing near the main entrance that will solemnly ask you: appointment or no appointment. I paused for about 2 secs before regaining my presence thinking that I had just walked into fast food joint in the 90s, here the servers used to ask: dine in or takeaway! And frankly, if there's a fair greeting like a "good afternoon" from him would certainly make my day better. In conclusion, the design of the new space and operation is much more efficient than before since I last visited maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I remembered there used to have long queues that make people wait for hours much like the polyclinics, just to have their queries answered. Now its all done in a matter of few minutes. Well done CPF!"
