"One star given for the prime location - stones throw away from amenities such as Farrer Park mrt station, Mustafa & City Square Mall, and fronting the busy Serangoon road. Otherwise, the retail segment of this mixed development is practically dead, with units empty & the mall devoid of shoppers (naturally). Not sure about the occupancy rate of the office units but it just appears to be a waste of prime space on the surface."
